If you would like to be seen by a particular stylist, please mention this at the time of booking.
When you have booked your appointment you will recieve a text message from Fresha asking you to confirm you appointment. Once you click on the link you will be able to see your appointment details.
Fresha will ask you to pay a 50% deposit, this needs to be paid 2 weeks before your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another appointment as long as 48 hours notice has been given.
We advise all clients to have a patch test done at least 48 hours before your appointment. You do not need to book an appointment for this, you can pop into the salon during our opening hours.
If you are late for your appointment we cannot gaurentee we will have enough tiem to carry out the full service you booked in for.
Please arrive to your appointment alone, we do not have a waiting area for people to wait with you.
If you are having a colour service, please make sure you arrive to the salon with clean hair.
