Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation text from Fresha with a link to all your appointment details. A 50% deposit will also be requested, which we kindly ask to be paid at least two weeks before your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another date with at least 48 hours’ notice.
For colour services, we recommend popping into the salon for a quick patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment — there’s no need to book, just come by during opening hours. Please note that if a patch test is not carried out prior to your colour appointment, we are unable to accept liability for any adverse reactions that may occur.
If you’re running a little late, we’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but it may affect the time we have to complete your full service and cannot guarantee we will be able to carry out the full service.
To help keep the salon relaxing and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment on your own, as we don’t have space for guests to wait.
For colour appointments, please arrive with clean hair so we can achieve the best possible results for you.
If you’re not completely happy with your hair, please do let us know within 48 hours of your appointment so we can have the opportunity to review and make any necessary adjustments. After 48 hours, we are unable to accept responsibility or offer amendments to the service.
