After your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a text from Fresha asking you to confirm your visit. The link will show all your appointment details.
Fresha will also ask for a 50% deposit, which we kindly ask you to pay at least two weeks before your appointment.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable, but you’re very welcome to transfer them to another date as long as we have 48 hours’ notice.
We recommend popping in for a patch test at least 48 hours before your colour appointment. There’s no need to book — just stop by during opening hours.
If you arrive a little late, we’ll always do our best, but we may not have enough time to complete the full service.
We also ask that you come to your appointment on your own, as we don’t have space for guests to wait.
